Real estate booms as Mars colonization begins

I always love checking the real estate listings when I take the janky time machine to different timelines. Whilst flipping through this week’s recent additions from several decades away, I came across this cute bungalow.

Having access to caves is huge on Mars, as that’s where minerals and water can be extracted to settle into a self-sufficient domestead. I predict a housing bubble in the coming years as the more civilian ships begin to arrive.
